1. Do you have trial periods for the new clients?

Yes, we do. It is a 7 days trial for the basic plan, 14 days trial for the Standard plan and 21 days trial for the Pro plan.

2. How long is the minimum contract or subscription?

We don’t have contracts. After the trial period is over, the minimum duration of the plan is 1 month as we collect payments monthly. You can cancel your subscription any time and we will not collect the next monthly payment - as simple as that.

3. What if I already have a website?

It only means that we will be incorporating our solutions on the existing site, not a new one. If there is a need to enhance it to make it more user friendly and readable, upon your approval, we can tweak it here and there for better user experience and more lead generation potential.

4. How are the payments collected?

We use your credit card to collect payments automatically.

5. Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can. Both ways, up and down. It will be effective at the start of the next billing period.

6. How do I know how to use the app?

We do have an onboarding process and consultations for you throughout the contract and they are included in the price plan.

7. Who manages the leads and the clients after I sign up?

It is up to you how much work you want to do yourself and how much you want to delegate. Once the planning and setting up workflows is done, it is automated or semi-automated, so we take as much off your hands as possible and preferable by you.
